Designed for drivers who want reliable income without unnecessary delays, this account features pre-scheduled freight, low idle time, and predictable weekly hometime. Trainees and recent CDL-A graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Financial Benefits Base CPM:
$0.70•$0.75 per mile (based on experience)
Weekly Earnings:
$1,600•$1,700 average
Annual Projection:
$71,000•$85,000 per year
Weekly Miles:
2,200•2,500 miles per week
Pay Structure:
Direct deposit every week

Route & Freight Overview Freight Type:
100% Dry Van | 100%
No-Touch Freight Operations:
Drop & hook on most shipments; mix of regional and longer runs
Planning:
Pre-scheduled freight to ensure consistent miles and minimal downtime between loads
Hometime:
Home weekly for 34 to 48 hours on a reliable, pre-planned rotation Equipment & Comfort Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors APUs installed in all units for driver comfort Strictly maintained fleet to eliminate breakdown downtime Passenger and pet policies available Trainee Program (For New Drivers)
Duration:
3-5 weeks with a dedicated trainer
Training Pay:
$850 per week
Curriculum:
Hands-on experience with active loads, focusing on safety, logs, and trip execution before transitioning to full solo pay Comprehensive Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL (Trainees accepted) Clean driving record (maximum 2 preventable incidents) No DOT drug/alcohol violations; no commercial DUIs within the past 5 years Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening Take control of your driving career with predictable pay and regular home time.
