Drivers must stay in compliance with all laws & regulations. This multifaceted position requires not only excellent driving skills but also active involvement in food production, customer service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Our job is to serve our customers with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Any task needed to obtain this goal is the job of every employee of Pomptonian. Should anyone complete their normal routine, they should look for ways to assist their teammates. The one phrase we NEVER want to hear is "That is not my job." Qualifications and Essential Job Functions The following are examples of the essential job functions (but not all). 1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 2. Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred. 3. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance to ensure proper functioning. Must report any mechanical issues promptly. 4. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (30-50 pounds) including loading and unloading shipments. 5. Frequent, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping and extended walking and standing. 6. Ability to come to work promptly and regularly. 7. Strong time management and organizational skills. Able to ensure timely, accurate deliveries, and follow established routes and schedules. 8. Assist with various tasks such as organizing inventory and restocking shelves. 9. Ability to take direction and work well with others. 10.Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately. 11.Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures. 12.Ability to react to change productively and take on other tasks assigned. 13.Ability to complete all applicable training programs including all training requirements under Professional Standards. 14.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

$17.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
