Clean Harbors seeks a safety-focused Class B Driver to support our environmental and industrial services operations. In this role, you'll transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste and materials between client sites and company facilities, ensuring strict compliance with DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, manage documentation, and handle materials using approved procedures and PPE. Responsibilities Safely operate Class B vehicles to transport waste and materials between customer sites and Clean Harbors facilities Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required DOT documentation Load, secure, and unload drums, totes, and bulk materials following company and regulatory procedures Handle, label, and segregate hazardous and non-hazardous waste in compliance with EPA, DOT, and OSHA rules Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate routes, schedules, and service requirements Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment and report maintenance needs promptly Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and participate in safety meetings and training Accurately complete manifests, logs, and electronic records for tracking materials and services Required Skills Class B CDL with air brake endorsement Safe commercial driving and defensive driving techniques Knowledge of DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations Hazardous materials handling and segregation Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance checks Paper and electronic log/document management Operation of liftgates, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment Route planning and time management Use of PPE and safety equipment Customer communication and service
