Job Summary The Non-CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up, loading, and delivering customer orders from NetCost Market stores and/or facilities to designated delivery locations. This role ensures accurate, safe, and timely delivery of products while following assigned routes and company procedures. Job Duties and Responsibilities Pick up delivery orders from designated stores and/or facilities Load delivery vehicles neatly, securely, and safely Deliver assigned orders to customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner according to the delivery address listed on the order label Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in the same condition as received at pickup Follow designated delivery routes and schedules using the company's delivery software Operate handling equipment safely and in accordance with safety regulations Comply with all route expectations and operational standards set by management Provide courteous, professional, and customer-focused service during all deliveries Safely operate delivery vehicles and follow all traffic laws and regulations Assist with managing returns, refused deliveries, and redeliveries as directed Maintain high standards of health, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation Work collaboratively with customer service, sales teams, dispatchers, and management to support daily operations Maintain reliable attendance, strong performance, and a teamwork-oriented mindset Perform other duties as assigned by the Dispatcher or E-Commerce Operations Manager Driver & Vehicle Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Personal MINIVAN available for work-related use Valid vehicle registration (required) Active auto insurance policy with declaration pages provided (required) Willingness to authorize a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Clean driving record in accordance with company standards Valid professional or commercial license, if applicable to assigned duties Skills & Professional Attributes Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor Ability to maintain a professional appearance while representing the company Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
