We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, organized, and passionate Workplace Experience & Culture Coordinator to help create an environment where employees feel connected, visitors feel welcomed, and there is always a sense of community within our office. This person will be one of the first faces people see when they walk through our doors and will play an important role in shaping the experience of our clients, candidates, vendors, and team members. Beyond creating a welcoming environment, you'll help keep our employee community alive through company events, celebrations, activities, and the little things that make coming to work more enjoyable. What You'll Do Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients, candidates, vendors, and guests entering our office Help create an energetic, positive, and engaging atmosphere throughout the workplace Plan and coordinate company events, celebrations, team-building activities, holiday events, employee appreciation initiatives, and other special occasions Help develop new ideas and activities that strengthen employee engagement and bring our teams together Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, catering, supplies, scheduling, setup, and day-of execution Recognize and help coordinate employee milestones, birthdays, anniversaries, and other moments worth celebrating Manage conference room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and welcoming Manage our multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately Coordinate potential new clients with the appropriate department leaders Sort and distribute incoming mail Coordinate office supply purchasing and help ensure the office remains organized and well-stocked Provide administrative support to teams throughout the organization Jump in wherever needed to help create a smooth and positive workplace experience What We're Looking For A naturally outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality Someone who enjoys bringing people together and creating a sense of community Strong event planning, coordination, and organizational skills Creativity and enthusiasm for coming up with new employee activities and experiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to multitask and manage several priorities at once Ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt when plans change Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of projects Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, workplace experience, office coordination, employee engagement, or a similar people-focused role preferred Attitude is everything.
