•No NYC LEM Trucking is hiring a CDL A Truck Driver in the Paterson, NJ area for a regional position that combines steady miles with dependable weekend home time. Drivers on this fleet run established freight lanes while avoiding New York City completely. The schedule is designed for drivers who want to earn consistent weekly pay without spending several weeks away from home. Expect to return home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset before heading back out for the next week. Pay and Regional Freight Weekly earnings average $1,300 to $1,500 , with additional earning opportunities available through detention, layover, safety incentives, and other qualifying pay. Freight moves primarily through Midwest and Southeast lanes. Loads are mostly no-touch with frequent drop-and-hook opportunities, helping reduce unnecessary delays at customers and keeping the truck moving. What This Position Offers $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly pay Home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset Regional dry van freight with no NYC routes Mostly no-touch freight with drop-and-hook opportunities Medical, dental, vision, retirement and paid time off benefits Equipment Each CDL A Truck Driver is assigned a Freightliner Cascadia equipped for comfort on the road. Available features include a refrigerator, inverter system, television setup, and SiriusXM capability. Equipment is supported through regular company maintenance. CDL A Driver Requirements Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL, have recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience, meet applicable DOT qualification standards, and maintain an acceptable driving record. This position gives an experienced CDL A Truck Driver the opportunity to run consistent regional freight while maintaining a dependable weekend schedule.
