One Step Forward is looking for an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to work one on one with children with autism in Paterson and surrounding Passaic County communities. This is a part time, in home position with weekday afternoon and early evening hours. You'll help children develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while receiving ongoing supervision and support from an experienced BCBA.

Pay:

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one on one in home ABA therapy Implementing individualized treatment goals and behavior plans Teaching communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills Implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Using evidence based ABA strategies including reinforcement and prompting Collecting accurate session data to track client progress Completing electronic session documentation Communicating regularly with your supervising BCBA Schedule We're currently looking for therapists with consistent weekday afternoon and early evening availability. This is a part time position built around after school cases. Consistent weekly availability is important so that you can maintain continuity with your client and treatment team. Who We're Looking For Previous ABA experience ABA Therapist Behavior Technician Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Paraprofessional Special education aide Behavioral health professional Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, comfortable working one on one with children, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule.
