Job Description
HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Class A/B CDL Driver & Equipment Operator to support industrial cleaning and environmental services for energy and petrochemical clients. This field-based role operates manual-transmission trucks and equipment such as vacuum units and hydroblasters, performing safe transport, setup, and operation at customer sites. Responsibilities include following strict safety and environmental procedures, conducting inspections, completing logs, and working closely with a team in demanding industrial conditions with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Operate Class A/B CDL manual-transmission trucks to transport equipment and materials to customer sites Set up, operate, and monitor industrial cleaning and environmental equipment such as vacuum units and hydroblasters Perform DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required logs and documentation Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures in industrial and energy facilities Coordinate with supervisors and crew to execute work orders efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles, tools, and equipment Communicate hazards, near misses, and equipment issues promptly to leadership Required Skills Class A or B CDL manual transmission driving Hydrovac or vacuum truck operation Operation of industrial cleaning equipment Pre-trip and post-trip inspections Basic vehicle and equipment troubleshooting Knowledge of DOT regulations Load securement and safe material handling Reading work orders and job tickets Safe operation in industrial/plant environments Basic recordkeeping and electronic log use
