Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating company vehicles to transport goods efficiently and safely along dedicated, consistent routes. This role requires a clean driving record, strong attention to safety protocols, and the ability to handle a doubles endorsement for hauling trailers. The CDL Driver will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Duties Operate commercial vehicles with a doubles endorsement along dedicated, consistent routes to ensure reliable delivery schedules. Safely transport goods between designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify any maintenance or safety issues. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports as required by company policies and regulatory agencies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Follow all safety procedures and company policies to promote a safe working environment. Assist with loading and unloading cargo when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement of freight. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a doubles endorsement. Proven experience operating commercial vehicles on dedicated routes. Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving. Excellent driving record with no recent violations or accidents. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail. Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and clients. Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks if required.
