Follow all site safety protocols, including safe equipment operation procedures and awareness of uneven ground and outdoor conditions. Strong understanding of safe heavy equipment operation practices in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Comfort working outdoors in extreme temperature conditions and on uneven ground throughout the workday. Capability to handle pressure and meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. Reliability to work a demanding schedule of approximately 5060 hours per week with early morning start times. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in civil construction and dirt work on non-residential projects. Experience working on large-scale, fast-paced construction sites with strict timelines. Ability to read and follow basic instructions and site directives related to grading, clearing, and backfilling. Why Work Here? Join a construction environment where your skills with heavy equipment directly contribute to visible project progress each day. You will work with a focused, production-driven team that values safety, reliability, and strong work ethic.
