Job Overview Miranda Transport LLC is a Family Operated Trucking Business, in operations for 21 years established in Las Vegas Nevada. We are Currently hiring Class A drivers! Join our team as a Class A CDL Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight across diverse routes with energy and precision! In this role, you will operate diesel powered Peterbilt tractor trailers equipped with manual transmissions, hauling a variety of cargo primarily flatbed loads hauling construction materials, metals, industry equipment, and more. Your expertise in commercial driving will ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving skills, manage complex loads, and be an integral part of our logistics operations. We are looking for candidates open to long haul runs, delivering to clients across California, Utah, and Nevada. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Transport a variety of freight on flatbed trailers Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load securement. Plan optimal routes for timely deliveries while managing route driving schedules effectively. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance in compliance with DOT regulations. Communicate proactively with dispatcher to report delays or issues and coordinate delivery schedules.
