Competitive Pay & Incentives Our drivers earn $75,000-$90,000+ per year , with opportunities to increase your earnings based on performance, safety, and the type of work you choose. Up to $0.68 per mile

Tandem/Doubles Pay:

Additional $0.35 per mile while pulling doubles

Safety Bonus:

Up to $0.04 per mile

Performance Bonus:

Up to $0.06 per mile

Per Diem NYC Load Bonus:

What You'll Be Doing Drive regional routes throughout the Northeast Operate throughout DAIM's expanding network from Maine to Virginia Safely transport customer freight Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Provide professional customer service Perform drop-and-hook operations Occasionally handle additional freight-related duties as required Schedule & Home Time We understand that life doesn't stop when you get behind the wheel. 5-day work week Set schedule Approximately 4 nights out per week Regional operation throughout the Northeast Work schedule designed around your needs whenever possible 95% no-touch freight Approximately 65% drop-and-hook freight We work with our drivers to provide a schedule that fits their needs while meeting our customers' requirements.
