Job Description
Family owned and operated trucking company operating in Long Island, Metro NYC area is looking for new applicants. Immediate opening for a Pick Up and Delivery Driver (LTL) , equipped with a Freightliner single axle day cab pulling various trailer lengths with liftgate. This position is full-time, shifts are daytime Monday - Friday, expected to work 40+ hours with paid overtime after 40 hours. All drivers return back to office daily and driver start time is 7-730am. Drivers required to be knowledgeable of P&D (LTL) work, using lift gates, and surrounding areas. Must have 2 years of experience driving with Class A license. Company offers medical benefits (including dental and vision) and simple IRA match plan. All equipment is company owned and employees are hired directly by employer. A resume must be provided to be considered. Hourly rate will be discussed only at interview.
