Full time landscape company seeks well motivated persons to do landscape maintenance, prunning, planting, and mulch. Full time 5 to 6 days a week. There are 2 job openings to be filled. Must have experience using commercial equipment. mowers weedwackers blowers etc.... For the foreman position you must have a valid drivers license and know how to drive a truck and trailer. know how to run a crew of 3 or more. For a worker position must be willing to come in everyday and give a great effort. Salary is based on YOUR EXPERIENCE and what you can provide for this company. Start immediately. TODAY! Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute landscaping projects, including lawn maintenance, lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape construction
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of landscaping crew members
  • Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
  • Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper landscaping techniques
  • Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Knowledge of various landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
