Hours:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM Home daily; no weekends Local deliveries throughout New Jersey with regular routes around Long Island, NY What you'll handle Conduct detailed pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (lights, fluids, tires, etc.) to ensure safety and full DOT compliance Drive a commercial vehicle to complete time‑sensitive local deliveries Sequence stops for efficiency, factoring traffic patterns, urgency, and cost Collect, verify, and maintain load paperwork, including bills of lading and shipping documents Secure freight; load and unload as needed while confirming counts against documentation Record mileage and hours accurately; maintain all required DOT logs Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with leasing/service partners Pitch in with shipping and warehouse tasks when not on the road What you bring Valid CDL Class B Age 21+ (per DOT) Background as a route, delivery, or commercial truck driver preferred Solid command of DOT rules and safe driving practices Able to read maps, follow GPS, and navigate regional routes efficiently High school diploma or GED Comfort lifting, loading, and moving materials when needed Why you'll like it here Competitive pay with overtime potential Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & holidays Stable growth company with long‑term career pathways Modern equipment and a clean, organized facility Collaborative, team‑first culture Equal Opportunity Oliver Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
