We are seeking a motivated and dependable Refrigerated Cargo Van and box truck Contractor to join our dynamic delivery team! This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced drivers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a contractor, you will be responsible for safely transporting temperature-sensitive goods using refrigerated cargo vans, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. If you enjoy driving, manual handling, and working independently while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, this position is perfect for you! Duties Safely operate refrigerated cargo vans to deliver perishable goods across designated routes while maintaining optimal temperature control. Load and unload shipments efficiently using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed. Ensure proper securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit, following safe lifting practices and weight handling guidelines. Adhere strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during all driving activities. Use mobile devices or route management tools to navigate routes effectively and update delivery statuses in real-time. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients upon delivery and addressing any concerns promptly. Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure the refrigerated van is in safe operating condition.

Rerements :

Proven experience in commercial driving, delivery driving, or courier roles involving box trucks or cargo vans. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with drivers preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety standards. Strong organizational skills with familiarity using mobile devices for route navigation and delivery updates.
