In this role, you will operate flatbed tow trucks to safely transport vehicles, assist customers in need, and ensure efficient recovery operations. Duties Operate flatbed tow trucks with precision, ensuring safe loading, securing, and transporting of vehicles Load and unload vehicles efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual techniques Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine vehicle condition before towing Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients during recovery processes Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety compliance Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including vehicle details, locations, and times Perform routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure operational safety and readiness Requirements Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record and experience operating tow trucks or similar heavy vehicles Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including diagnostics, repairs, and manual transmissions Experience with flatbed tow truck operations and automotive repair procedures Ability to load, secure, and unload vehicles safely using manual techniques or forklifts if necessary Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict professionally Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical troubleshooting methods Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual loading/unloading tasks, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Join us if you're ready to drive your career forward in a role that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer care!
