Requirements:

Must be willing & able to lift 50 lbs or more of material Individual is required to have a valid and clean NYS Driver's License and a valid Class A or B Driver's License to apply Applicant must be able to pass a New York State DOT physical. Candidate must be to work on time, and have a reliable form of transportation to get to and from work daily. Individual is not required to have a High School Degree or GED to apply, but is highly encouraged!

Experience:

Knowledge in operation of heavy equipment and large machinery is preferred. 1 year of construction or trucking is preferred, but not required.

Job Description:

• We are seeking an individual with a Class A or B Driver's License to operate our hauling trucks for our Excavation company and compactor trucks for our Disposal company. We are very willing to train the candidate into this position. All assigned job sites and routes will go through Allegany, Cattaraugus, Steuben, and Potter (PA) Counties.
• The ideal person for this role is someone who is hard working, determined, and willing to learn.

The individual will be assigned a number of different tasks on a daily basis. Individual will have the duties of operating tractor trailers, compactor trucks and/or dump trucks. Will work independently and with a team. Individual must display a positive attitude and strong work ethic during working hours. Able to follow specific directions to complete assigned tasks from supervisors and upper level management. Will have to operate basic equipment and machinery to complete assigned tasks.
