This position is ideal for professional drivers who understand percentage-based pay and want consistent miles, transparent weekly settlements, and respectful dispatch. Drivers are paid on a 50/50 net split and will average up too $4,000 a week . Our operation focuses on steady reefer/dry vans freight, well-maintained equipment, and clear communication—no forced dispatch and no surprises on pay. Weekly Earnings Example (For Clarity): Weekly gross : UP TO $10,000-$15,000 Actual earnings vary based on miles, fuel usage, and lane.
