Duties Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified truck drivers across multiple channels, including social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, and industry networks. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns utilizing talent management software and HR systems like Tenstreet to streamline candidate tracking and communication. Source candidates proactively through research, cold calling, and external recruiting efforts, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified applicants. Manage the full cycle recruiting process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to employment offer negotiations, ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and HR legal standards. Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with succession planning and employee development initiatives. Conduct candidate evaluations, interviews, and background checks while ensuring adherence to HR legal compliance standards. Support onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee relations initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Skills Proven expertise in talent acquisition, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and high-volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers alike. Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR systems to ensure lawful recruiting practices. Demonstrated ability in relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to foster long-term talent pipelines. Skilled in social media marketing (recruitment) techniques to enhance employer branding efforts across digital platforms. Experience in research methods for sourcing passive candidates through cold calling or outreach campaigns. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during the recruitment process.
