What you'll need to succeed as a Truck Driver at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Class Amercial driver's license
• Safe driving record and history
• Currently possess or be willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment
• Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass apany-paid DOT physical
• Available to work a flexible scle that's up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts

Preferred qualifications:

• Forklift experience
• Currently possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements

Pay, benefits and more:

• Home daily
• Up to $2,000 in bonuses available
• Expected pay range: $29.35 to $36.30 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actualpensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailerbination, including doubles and triples
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads
• Load and unload freight

Truck Drivers are required to:

Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs.); move and position a converter dolly with an average weight/pull force of approximately 128 lbs.

Safely climb in/out of a tractor cab/trailer

Sit for extended periods in a truck tractor and/or on a forklift; safely operate heavy equipment and a forklift

Walk and stand for extended periods on various surfaces that may be uneven or slippery (including working outdoors in inclement weather)

Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel

Operate a tractor-trailerbination for up to 11 consecutive hours, in all types of weather, while safely transporting hazardous/non-hazardous materials

Pursuant to U.S. Department of Labor requirements, the worker must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and record.

Eligible participants who are hired while the program is in effect will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus, if you voluntarily terminate employment before 12 months of continuous employment, you are required to repay 100% of the sign-on bonus. If you terminate employment after 12 months but before 24 months, you are required to repay 50% of the sign-on bonus. The sign-on bonus will be paid in accordance with the Company's payroll prores on the normal payroll date following 30 days of your continuous employment. Current XPO employees are not eligible for sign-on bonuses.

A $1,000 retention bonus will be paid to those eligible participants who are hired while the program is in effect and attain 6 months of continuous employment with XPO in their current qualified position.
