Job Type:

Full-time, direct hire We are hiring experienced CDL-A Drivers for a local, home-daily driving opportunity in Norwood, OH. Drivers will transport shredded and unshredded metal materials using straight trucks, rollbacks, and similar commercial vehicles. This is a stable, first-shift opportunity with strong benefits and additional earning potential. What You'll Do Safely operate CDL-A commercial vehicles Transport materials between local destinations Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain electronic logs and communicate with dispatch Secure loads and follow DOT safety requirements Keep assigned equipment clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL At least one year of CDL driving experience; two or more years preferred Clean driving record with no major accidents or serious violations Rollback, roll-off, dump truck, recycling, or similar hauling experience preferred Manual or 10-speed transmission experience preferred Ability to meet DOT physical and drug-screening requirements Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in an industrial environment What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record with no major accidents or serious violations Roll-off, dump truck, or similar equipment experience preferred Manual or 10-speed transmission experience preferred Ability to meet DOT physical, medical, and drug-screening requirements Dependable, flexible, and safety-focused Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Life insurance Stable local schedule Qualified candidates will be contacted promptly regarding the next step.
