Job Description
Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Poult Delivery Driver to join our team in Oakwood.
Following all bio-security practices, SOPs, and animal handling guidelines.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday and Thursday 5:00am-2:00pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 1:00am-10:00am and some Saturdays 1:00am-10:00amSTARTING HOURLY RATE
$24.80 with the potential of increasing to $25.30 after 90 days.ADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company approval) All training will be provided for this Class A CDL position.Job functions include:
Delivering poults in a timely and professional manner.Following all bio-security practices, SOPs, and animal handling guidelines.
