Overview Join our transportation team as a driver for the elderly and/or disabled. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transit for individuals with mobility challenges. Your dedication will ensure passengers reach their destinations comfortably and on time, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life. This position offers a flexible environment where your driving skills and customer service talents make a real difference every day. Duties Safely operate vans designed for disabled passengers. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring safety and comfort at all times. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimal operation and safety standards. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during each trip. Communicate effectively with passengers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to passenger needs. Requirements Valid driver's license with no more than 3 points on your record. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or mobility aids. Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and passenger safety. 2-3 days per week availability at minimum.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
