We're hiring Seasonal Freezer Drivers for multiple shifts at our Obetz, OH facility. In this role, you'll safely operate material-handling equipment to move, track, and store products throughout our warehouse and freezer areas. Minimum 6 months of forklift experience is required. Available Shifts & Pay 1st Shift $22.00 per hour Monday

• Friday 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM 2nd Shift $23.00 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential) Monday
• Thursday 4:00 PM
• 2:30 AM Overtime may be required based on business needs during peak season.

What You'll Do Safely and efficiently operate a double reach forklift and/or electric pallet jack . Use an RF scan gun to accurately track and manage inventory movement. Move materials and finished goods throughout warehouse and freezer areas. Support the accurate storage and movement of inventory. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures. Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to support daily warehouse and peak-season production needs. What We're Looking For Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required. Experience operating material-handling equipment in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to work overtime as needed during peak season. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • 10°F to 40°F . Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 12 hours when required.
