Job Description

Clean Harbors, a leader in environmental and industrial services, is seeking a Driver Class A to join our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you will safely operate Class A vehicles to transport materials, including hazardous waste, between customer sites and company facilities while following all DOT, OSHA, and company regulations. You will complete required documentation, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate logs. Responsibilities Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport hazardous and industrial waste Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies Accurately complete manifests, logs, and required transport documentation Safely load and unload liquid and bulk materials, including hazardous waste Communicate with dispatch and site personnel regarding routes and schedules Use onboard technology and GPS for routing and compliance Respond to changing job and route requirements while maintaining safety standards Report equipment issues and coordinate basic maintenance needs Adhere to all environmental protection procedures and spill response protocols Required Skills Class A CDL truck operation Hazardous materials handling Tanker truck operation
