Pay:

$22.00 and up an hour J&S Packaging, founded in 1982, functions as a foam fabricator, packaging designer and product supplier to various manufacturing industries. The footprint of J&S extends from the manufacturing plant in Streetsboro to the warehouse in Aurora, which deploys multiple delivery services enhancing our customer service. The company is comprised of an elite sales team, creative design team, caring customer service department and a committed production team. J&S is looking for a driver with a satisfactory motor vehicle record along with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. This individual will be making up to 6 deliveries per day.

Job Duties:

Assist with Shipping & Receiving activities with Facility/Logistics Manager. Pull and stage materials accurately and efficiently based on daily shipping requirements. Deliver products to J&S Packaging customer accounts in a safe and timely manner. Must have knowledge of and comply with DOT regulations. Act in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers. Have excellent time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner. Adhere to work schedule; display ability to follow through and handle challenges as they arise. Follow all company policies and rules set forth; promote safety standards; do not take inappropriate risks. Report any incidents or damages immediately. Other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications/Education:

High School or GED equivalent Box truck driving experience ( minimum 1 year) Must be insurable

Physical/Environmental Demands:

Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle and may be exposed to heat and cold. Frequent sitting, occasional standing, reaching, lifting, etc.
