Job Summary:
The CAT Rental Store Driver's main priority is to operate and transport Ohio Machinery's general construction equipment to and from customers and/or other locations via roll-back truck. This position will include loading and unloading of equipment, securing loads, and providing great customer service. As a team member of the rental department, the Driver will ensure the completion of Rental agreements and inspect the equipment before delivery and upon return.

This is a Union position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
A strong working knowledge of all rental equipment is preferred. Must be able to remain professional with language and tone and demonstrate high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers. A driver should be open-minded, focused on customer needs, cooperative, able to work with a team, and flexible.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Must have a clean driving record in accordance with company policy, a Commercial Driver's License (minimum of Class B), and a current Medical Certification Card or the ability to obtain before beginning employment will be required. Prior experience as a truck driver is highly desired. The Driver will be required to join labor union.

Physical Requirements:
The functions of the position require lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Standing and sitting up, moving up and down stairs, and climbing on and off delivery vehicles and into machines will be required. The functions of the position require normal dexterity and repetitive, as well as frequent, movements that involve the hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
