Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires adherence to all safety regulations and company policies while ensuring timely deliveries. The Truck Driver will be operating dump trucks. Duties Drive assigned trucks on designated routes to deliver goods to customers. Operate dump trucks. Perform route driving while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling of materials. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle daily to ensure safety and compliance. Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules. Experience Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Previous experience in delivery driving or route driving is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to truck driving and cargo handling. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
