(Department of Transportation) regulations Manual transmission Flatbed Full Job Description Job Summary The CDL Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of fencing, decking and cover materials between five retail locations in Oregon and Washington, pulling double flatbed trailers. Semi is a Mac manual transmission. Essential Job Functions Safely operate commercial equipment with a Class A CDL for transportation and delivery of goods. Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor. Maintain hours log using the Electronic Logging Device (ELD). Foster positive working relationships with yard personnel. Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and other pertinent matters to supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations. Maintain a good driving record and report any driving violations. Pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as bi-yearly DOT physical examinations. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of 2 years of semi-driving experience helpful. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) doubles rating. Trucking Route
