Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional towing services to customers in need
• Safely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks or flatbeds
• Perform automotive diagnostics to determine the cause of breakdowns or accidents
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
• Drive tow trucks and operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Conduct basic automotive repairs and maintenance as needed
• Utilize conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with customers or other drivers

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license w/no accidents or citations within the last 3 years
• Experience in commercial driving, preferably in a towing or recovery setting
• Knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics
• Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with flatbed towing procedures and equipment
