Box Truck Driver / Delivery Helper - $210-$290+ Per Day Flight Logistics — Salem, OR Flight Logistics is hiring Box Truck Delivery Drivers and Delivery Helpers for a dedicated Lowe's home-delivery operation in Salem, Oregon. We are looking for dependable, hard-working people who are comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment. Crews deliver appliances and large household merchandise directly to customers throughout the Salem area. Both Driver and Helper positions are available. Compensation Base pay starts at $200-$210 per day , with additional performance pay based on successfully completed stops. Completed Stops Daily Pay 1-14 $210 15 $220 16 $230 17 $245 18 $260 19 $275 20 $290 21+ Additional performance pay continues High-performing crews should target approximately 17 completed stops per route . Responsibilities Residential appliance and large-product delivery Loading and unloading merchandise Safely moving heavy products with a two-person team Basic appliance installation when required Protecting customer homes and merchandise Completing required delivery photos and proof of delivery Maintaining professional customer service Working efficiently to complete the assigned route Drivers must safely operate a box truck Helpers assist with delivery, installation, handling, and route completion Requirements Dependable and reliable Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances Comfortable working physically demanding delivery days Strong customer-service skills Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Drivers must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Box-truck or delivery experience preferred Appliance installation experience is a plus Driver applicants must be able to meet all required driver qualification standards Schedule The Lowe's delivery operation runs 7 days per week . Most contractors will work approximately 4-5 days per week , with additional days available depending on route volume and coverage needs. Pay Schedule This contract operates on a delayed customer settlement schedule. Your first payment is generally issued on the third Friday after beginning work and corresponds to your first completed service week. After the initial delay, payments are issued every Friday . If the working relationship ends, any remaining earned compensation continues to be paid according to the same payment schedule.
