is seeking reliable, safety-conscious individuals to join our team as full-time Delivery Drivers. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers across the Lehigh Valley while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service. Compensation and Benefits

• $21.50 per hour
• Paid time off (PTO)
• $125 toward safety footwear

• Growth opportunities into Lead, Dispatcher, and other operations roles based on performance Schedule
• Full-time, 40 hours minimum per week
• Typically 4-5 days per week
• Weekend availability required on a rotating basis
• Daytime routes; longer days possible during the holiday season Responsibilities
• Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Utilize a handheld device for route navigation, delivery updates, and customer communication
• Follow assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries
• Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently and climb stairs as needed
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Provide courteous and professional service to all customers Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Safe driving record; final candidates must pass a background check and motor vehicle record review
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
