Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role Join our team in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and e-waste management industry! We're looking for motivated individuals to take on a dual role as Warehouse Workers and Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers. You'll be part of a team committed to secure data handling and preventing hazardous electronics from ending up in landfills. Primary Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Sort and organize electronics for recycling or resale Manage inventory and maintain accurate records Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) Maintain a safe and orderly work environment Delivery Operations Drive a company box truck (non-CDL, Class C license required) Support pickups/deliveries as backup driver or for multi-truck jobs Ensure safe and efficient transport of equipment (only a few days per month) Requirements Class C driver's license and a DOT medical card (we can assist with this) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug test High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Interest or experience in electronics or IT equipment Previous experience driving trucks, vans, or similar vehicles Training No prior industry experience required — we provide full training What We Offer Steady Monday-Friday schedule (7-4) — weekends off Competitive pay and paid time off Retirement plan options A relaxed and supportive work environment focused on teamwork, sustainability, and data security About Our Culture This is a great opportunity for someone who: Enjoys hands-on work in a warehouse environment Prefers minimal public interaction Values contributing to environmental sustainability by reducing e-waste
