Job Description

About the Role MOR Construction Services is looking for a skilled, mechanically inclined Vac Truck Operator/ Pipeline Technician to operate our vacuum/jetting trucks and robotic CCTV inspection equipment to clean, assess, and maintain sewer and stormwater pipelines. This is a hands-on role combining CDL-level truck operation with advanced inspection technology, defect identification, and pipeline maintenance. If you have experience with jetting, vacuum trucks, CCTV camera inspection, or pipeline rehab work — this role is a strong fit. What You'll Do
  • Operate vacuum and jetting trucks to clean sewer and stormwater lines
  • Use robotic CCTV camera systems (CUES preferred) to inspect pipelines
  • Identify defects such as cracks, infiltration, blockages, offsets, and structural issues
  • Capture and code inspection data using industry software
  • Assist with pipeline maintenance, flow control, and jobsite setup
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on trucks, cameras, and reels
  • Work safely on active job sites, including occasional confined-space entry
  • Collaborate with field crews, supervisors, and municipal clients What You Bring
  • CDL-B with Tanker endorsement highly preferred
  • Experience with vacuum/jet trucks, CCTV inspection, or pipeline maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset
NASSCO PACP
