Job Description

D&S Portable Toilets is a small, family owned and operated company with stable, steady employment. We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team and fill our CDL Driver - Septic and Portable Toilet Technician position. If you're looking for a position where you're trusted to work independently, take pride in your work, and play an important role in delivering reliable service to customers, this could be a great fit. Our CDL Driver - Septic and Portable Toilet Technician is assigned a predefined route and will be responsible for operating various trucks throughout the week. These duties include but are not limited to septic pumping, hauling non hazardous waste to the treatment plant, pick up and delivery of restroom trailers and portable toilets and assisting with basic truck maintenance. Compensation is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Execute predefined route within DOT regulations Perform residential and commercial septic pumping Hauling non hazardous waste to the treatment plant Operate various trucks based on daily assignments Deliver, set up, and pick up portable toilets and restroom trailers Service and clean portable toilets at customer locations Perform basic mechanical tasks such as oil changes and minor repairs Communicate effectively with customers and office staff regarding service needs or issues Adapt to scheduling adjustments as needed Prioritize safety at all times Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License (required) CDL Class A or B with no restrictions Willingness to obtain a tanker endorsement (if not already held) Clean driving record Trailer towing experience Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance Ability to handle a physical workload and work outdoors in varying conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
