$18.00-$20.50/hour (based on experience) We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Transportation Concierge/Driver to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring residents are transported safely and comfortably from hospital to facility, and other scheduled appointments as necessary. This position is primarily Monday through Friday with flexible hours , with occasional weekend availability required based on resident needs and appointment schedules. Key Responsibilities Schedule resident transport needs Safely transport residents to and from the hospital or other medical locations, using a facility-provided vehicle Provide courteous, hands-on assistance to residents entering and exiting the vehicle Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times Coordinate closely with nursing, admissions, and administrative staff to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Uphold a strong commitment to resident safety, dignity, and comfort Requirements Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional demeanor Ability to assist residents with mobility needs in a respectful and safe manner Previous experience transporting seniors or working in a healthcare setting preferred Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred Previous computer experience required Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
