Job Description

Job description BAN Logistics Inc. is hiring experienced CDL-A Linehaul Drivers for our Northampton, PA operation. This is a full-time, W-2, home-daily linehaul position operating from 1000 Willowbrook Road, Northampton, PA 18067 . We are currently looking to hire 2 drivers .

COMPENSATION

Starting pay: $290 per day $0.60 per mile after 375 miles in a day 5-day base pay: $1,450 per week , plus applicable mileage incentive $2,000 retention/sign-on bonus $1,000 paid after 6 months of continuous employment Additional $1,000 paid after 12 months of continuous employment Opportunities for future pay increases based on tenure and performance

SCHEDULE

Full-time, 5 days per week Saturday through Wednesday Thursday and Friday off Overnight linehaul operation Home daily Routes, mileage, dispatch times, and end times may vary based on operational needs

EQUIPMENT & WORK

Freightliner Cascadia day-cab tractors Terminal-to-terminal linehaul operation Primarily drop-and-hook freight No-touch freight Trucks are equipped with Motive ELD/video safety systems Tractors governed at 65 MPH Drivers return equipment to the facility after their shift

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL Doubles/Triples endorsement required before starting employment. Candidates who do not currently have the endorsement may apply but must obtain it before their start date. Qualified tractor-trailer driving experience Must be available for overnight work Acceptable motor vehicle record Must meet applicable DOT and company safety requirements Must satisfy required drug screening, background/compliance and Clearinghouse requirements Must be able to reliably commute to the Northampton, PA facility

$1,450.00 - $1,800.00 per week
