Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver for our Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Refrigerated (Reefer) division. This role requires managing temperature-controlled freight with multiple stop-offs along regional and OTR lanes. The ideal candidate will combine professional driving skills with precision temperature monitoring and time-sensitive delivery handling.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Reefer & Load Monitoring:

Safely operate refrigerated units, pre-cool trailers, and continuously verify temperature settings according to cargo requirements.

LTL Freight Operations:

Execute timely multi-stop deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring proper freight count and cargo securement.

Vehicle Safety & Compliance:

Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections on assigned equipment in full accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Electronic Logs & Paperwork:

Accurately maintain Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records, bills of lading (BOL), and temperature logs.

Professional Representation:

Deliver exceptional customer service at loading docks and customer drop-off sites.

Qualifications & Requirements License:

Active Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience (LTL and/or Reefer experience strongly preferred).

Safety Record:

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major moving violations or severe preventable accidents in the last 3 years.

DOT Compliance:

Active DOT Medical Card and ability to pass standard FMCSA pre-employment drug screening.

Skillset:

Basic understanding of reefer unit controls, temperature management, and route planning.
