Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to operate a roll-off truck for our dumpster delivery service. This position is responsible for delivering and picking up dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites, as well as transporting and disposing of waste materials at local landfills and transfer stations. We are a growing, locally owned company looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and provides excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Safely operate a roll-off truck for daily routes Deliver dumpsters to customer locations Pick up loaded dumpsters from job sites Transport dumpsters to local landfill or transfer stations for disposal Return empty dumpsters to customer sites as needed Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate records of loads and deliveries Ensure all safety procedures are followed at job sites and disposal facilities Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels to ensure vehicle safety. Requirements Valid CDL (Class A or B) License Clean Driving Record Experience operating roll-off trucks preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Ability to safely operate heavy equipment Must be able to lift 30+ Strong attention to safety and detail Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be able to pass a drug screening
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
