Thompson Industrial Services LLC seeks an Equipment Operator Driver I to safely operate trucks and industrial cleaning equipment at client sites. In this entry-level field role, you'll support hydroblasting, vacuum, and environmental cleaning projects across power generation, manufacturing, and heavy industrial facilities. Responsibilities include safely driving to job sites, setting up and operating equipment, performing pre/post-trip inspections, and following all safety and environmental procedures. You'll work closely with a field crew in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment with strong training and growth opportunities into lead and supervisory roles.
