Drivers perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain required electronic logs, and ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies. As a professional representative of Tosh Farms, this position requires exceptional driving skills, sound judgment, reliability, and a commitment to safety and animal care. What You'll Do Safely transport livestock between company farms and facilities.

Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.

Safely load and unload livestock using proper animal handling techniques.

Follow all company biosecurity procedures to protect animal health.

Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Maintain accurate electronic driver logs and required DOT documentation.

Utilize tablets or other electronic devices to complete delivery documentation.

Communicate professionally with dispatchers, farm managers, and fellow team members.

Promptly report accidents, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

Maintain clean and well-kept equipment.

Champion Tosh Farms' culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Perform other duties as assigned.
