Position Summary:

The End-Dump Waste Driver position is responsible for the safe, efficient operation of our tractor/end-dump trailer combinations while transporting our customers' outbound non-hazardous industrial waste out of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee . This position is responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle in accordance with

DOT & FMCSA

guidelines. This position reports to the Transportation Account Manager.

Job Requirements:

Maintain a Valid Class A CDL Driver's License. Maintain a Valid DOT Medical Examination. End dump/Dump Truck, Tri Axle or Roll Off experience. Must be able to travel 3-4 days a week with a reset at home when needed. Work Saturday as needed. Must pass pre-employment drug screen. Must pass pre-employment background check. Ability to maintain an understanding of our customer's expectations. Ability to work with others as a team and to maintain a positive attitude. Understand the operation & use of the

ELD/EDVIR

system currently utilized by the company.

Primary Job Duties:

Transportation and unloading of waste daily at the designated disposal facilities. Ensure that all paperwork for waste pickups is completed and accurate. Daily Truck "Pre" & "Post" trip inspections performed within EDVIR on the vehicle (or using paper inspection sheets). Report any vehicle damage, malfunctions, or maintenance issues immediately in writing (email) to your supervisor. Daily Drivers Logs maintained accurately with Reveal and/or Geotab ELD system. Drive safely and in accordance with all laws regarding vehicle operation while operating any Greer Enterprises vehicle. Account for utilization daily using the "QuickBooks Time/T-sheets" app. Ensure that your time sheet is correct and submitted for review at the close-of-business on Friday afternoons. Ensure that updated permits, vehicle licenses, security plans, and insurance information are current and maintained within the vehicle you are operating. Assist with minor equipment maintenance and scheduling of services and repairs. Maintain the cleanliness of interior and exterior of assigned equipment. Why Greer?
