Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hard-working individuals to work in small teams (1-2 people) to clean commercial and private properties at night. This role involves operating a non-CDL sweeping truck and performing essential manual cleanup tasks. We will train you on the equipment; your main qualification is a commitment to showing up and doing the job right.
Core Responsibilities Driving & Transportation:
Safely drive the sweeping truck to designated properties throughout the night route.
Teamwork:
Work effectively in a team of 1 or 2 to efficiently complete all cleaning tasks at each site.
Truck Sweeping:
Operate the sweeping truck (after training) safely and efficiently to clean parking lots and roadways. Manual Cleanup (Hand Picking): Perform necessary hand-picking of debris and litter from landscape beds, curbs, and corners.
Waste Disposal:
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Curb Line Detailing:
Use blowers (after training) to clear dust and debris from curbs and sidewalks, pushing materials toward the sweeper path.
Debris Management:
Empty debris hoppers at designated disposal sites as needed during the shift. Qualifications Work Ethic is
Required:
Must be extremely reliable, punctual, and committed to working independently and as part of a small team during night hours.
License:
Valid Standard/Non-Commercial Driver's License required.
Driving Record:
Clean driving record (MVR) required.
Experience:
No prior sweeping or truck experience is required. We provide all necessary training.
Physical Demands:
Must be prepared for long shifts and the physical demands of both driving and manual labor (e.g., bending, lifting trash bags, operating a blower).
Availability:
Must be able to work the full night shift (7:45 PM - 9:00 AM) and on weekends/holidays as scheduled. Benefits Competitive hourly wage. Consistent, full-time hours year-round. All training provided.
