This is a dedicated Baytown TX to DFW market lane, so you know your route, you know your customers, and you're pulling back into your own driveway with the same truck every single week. Steady miles, no-touch dry van freight, and 60% drop and hook, so you're not stuck sitting at docks burning your day.
WHAT YOU'RE EARNING
Average weekly gross: $1,300 to $1,500, paid direct deposit $0.58 per mile, all miles paid Paid orientation, $300 before you even turn a wheel Full benefits kick in after 30 days: medical, dental, 401K, and PTO Detention, layover, and extra stop pay, because your time counts
YOUR WEEK ON THE ROAD 2,300
to 2,400 miles per week on a set lane 100% no-touch freight, lumpers paid when unloading is needed 60% drop and hook operations Home every week, 34 to 48 hours, and your truck comes home with you No slip seating, period
THE EQUIPMENT
2022 and newer Freightliner, Kenworth T680, and International trucks Automatic transmissions, APU on every truck 24-hour dispatch has your back on the road

hours from an accredited school gets you started 4 to 6-week paid training program Regional and OTR training formats, home every other week during training Rider and pet policy available once training is done
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 with a valid Class A CDL Minimum 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months Clean record: no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years No safety-related terminations from previous employers Solid 10-year work history (school or training gaps are fine) No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years Pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen required If you're done running blind all over the map and want a real lane with real home time, apply today.
