Inergroup is hiring immediately for Route Driver jobs in Addison, TX. As a Route Driver, you will operate a 26-foot box truck to transport products, utilize a forklift for loading and unloading, and complete other general labor activities within a fast-paced environment. Weekly pay starting at $19/hr and great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience operating 26' box trucks is required. Forklift experience is required for loading and material handling. Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Comfortable with heavy lifting and consistent physical labor. Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment. Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse and delivery areas. Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to complete scheduled routes in the Addison area. Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner using forklifts and other equipment. Move product to storage areas and efficiently stack and store merchandise. Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and organizing heavy materials.
