What your day may look like: Use company tractor to run transfers to warehouses, ports, drop yards and retail locations Day cab, local positions only Touch freight is required Operate yard switcher or tractor to move trailers around the warehouse as needed Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment daily Keep equipment clean and operating safely Other duties as assigned by supervisor What we require: Valid CDL Class A Minimum one-year verifiable CDL experience or approved 80-hour CDL training certificate Clean driving record- no more than 6 points and no DUI/DWI in past 5 years Successfully complete road/pre-trip test in company tractor High school diploma or equivalent Drug Test Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card TWIC card Optional Southeast Independent Delivery Service is an equal opportunity employer.
