• $95,000.00 per year Pay Structure Company Drivers are paid by the load. This gives our drivers the opportunity to make the most money they can in a 12 hour shift. Company Drivers are paid every Thursday or Friday depending on their bank's direct deposit policy. Demurrage (Wait Time)
• Starts after one hour!! Weekend Pay
• If a driver works both Saturday and Sunday, he/she will earn an additional pay for one or both weekend days worked that week. Safety/Performance Bonus
• Earned Daily, Paid Weekly.

If a driver simply comes to work on time and finishes his shift without any safety violations (internal or external), said driver will earn bonus pay for that day without incident.
