Here's Exactly What to Expect Trainee pay of $850 per week during training Paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete Only requirement to start: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school Pay Sliding pay scale: $1,400 -$1,600 average weekly depending on experience level Standard OTR mileage pay scale Guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch Performance bonus program $25 stop pay, $25 for the first extra stop Freight & Route Reefer freight Lanes running TX to TN, TX to IL, TX to GA, and PA to VA Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook 1,800 to 2,000 miles weekly Home Time & Schedule Home every 8 to 10 days depending on location Options for once a week, every two weeks, or 34-hour restart home time Both day and night dispatch Weekend work expected unless time off is requested Qualifications New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo tractor-trailer experience Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older Clean MVR and background check Must pass hair and urine drug testing Benefits, Active After 30 Days Medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy drug coverage 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability Stock options plus accrued paid time off Ready for reefer freight with pay that grows alongside you?
