Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Septic Pump Truck Driver to operate specialized trucks for septic waste removal and transportation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, including route driving and load & unload operations, with the ability to handle various types of trucks such as tanker, dump truck, flatbed, and roll-off trucks. This role requires adherence to safety standards and efficient route management to ensure timely service delivery. Please do not apply if you don't have two years of CDL experience and the ability to drive a manual transmission. This is specialty work and will require training as a septic maintenance technician, which we will provide and pay for. Responsibilities Operate septic pump trucks requiring a Class B CDL and experience with manual transmission. Load and unload equipment and waste materials safely and efficiently Drive route schedules to service clients in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation of all deliveries and pickups Perform routine inspections of trucks and equipment to maintain safety standards Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the truck and related equipment Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations Manage route driving efficiently to optimize delivery times while adhering to safety protocols Experience Proven experience in truck driving, especially with commercial vehicles such as tanker trucks, dump trucks, or flatbeds Delivery driver experience preferred, with familiarity in route driving and load & unload procedures Skills in operating manual transmission vehicles are required Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required, with endorsements for tanker or other specialized trucks preferred This position offers an opportunity for skilled drivers to utilize their expertise in a vital service industry while maintaining high safety standards.
